15. encourages the Government of Sierra Leone to pay special attention to the needs of women and children affected by the war, bearing in mind paragraph 42 of the report of the Secretary-General of 17 March 2003 (S/2003/321);
15 - يشجع حكومة سيراليون على توجيه اهتمام خاص لاحتياجات النساء والأطفال المتأثرين بالحرب، واضعة نصب عينها الفقرة 42 من تقرير الأمين العام المؤرخ 17 آذار/مارس 2003 (S/2003/321)؛

14. encourages the Government of Sierra Leone to pay special attention to the needs of women and children affected by the war, as outlined in paragraphs 47 to 48 of the report of the Secretary-General of 5 September 2002 (S/2002/987);
14 - يشجع حكومة سيراليون على إيلاء اهتمام خاص لاحتياجات النساء والأطفال المتأثرين بالحرب، كما ورد في الفقرتين 47 و 48 من تقرير الأمين العام المؤرخ 5 أيلول/سبتمبر 2002 (S/2002/987)؛

5. encourages the Government of Sierra Leone and the RUF to continue to take steps towards furthering of dialogue and national reconciliation, and, in this regard, stresses the importance of the reintegration of the RUF into Sierra Leone society and the transformation of the RUF into a political party, and demands the immediate and transparent dismantling of all non-government military structures;
5 - يشجع حكومة سيراليون والجبهة المتحدة الثورية على مواصلة اتخاذ الخطوات اللازمة لتعزيز الحوار والمصالحة الوطنية، ويؤكد في هذا الصدد أهمية إعادة إدماج الجبهة في مجتمع سيراليون وتحويلها إلى حزب سياسي، ويطالب بإزالة جميع الهياكل العسكرية غير الحكومية فورا وعلى نحو يتسم بالشفافية؛

10. encourages the Government of Sierra Leone to continue to implement the National Gender Strategic Plan and the national action plan to address genderbased violence, and further encourages the Government to continue efforts to improve youth employment and empowerment and reduce socioeconomic inequalities;
10 - يشجع حكومة سيراليون على مواصلة تنفيذ الخطة الاستراتيجية الوطنية لتحقيق المساواة بين الجنسين وخطة العمل الوطنية للتصدي للعنف القائم على أساس نوع الجنس، ويشجع كذلك الحكومة على مواصلة بذل الجهود لتحسين فرص عمالة الشباب وتمكينهم والحد من أوجه عدم المساواة الاجتماعية الاقتصادية؛

12. encourages the Government of Sierra Leone to continue to implement the National Gender Strategic Plan and the national action plan to address gender-based violence, and further encourages the Government to continue efforts to improve youth employment and empowerment and reduce socioeconomic inequalities;
12 - يشجع حكومة سيراليون على مواصلة تنفيذ الخطة الاستراتيجية الوطنية لتحقيق المساواة بين الجنسين وخطة العمل الوطنية لسيراليون للتصدي للعنف القائم على أساس نوع الجنس، ويشجع كذلك الحكومة على مواصلة بذل الجهود لتعزيز فرص عمالة الشباب وتمكين الشباب والحد من أوجه عدم المساواة الاجتماعية الاقتصادية؛

5. encourages the Government of Sierra Leone to engage in discussions on the nature, activities and scope of the United Nations role post-UNIPSIL in coordination with UNIPSIL, the United Nations Country Team, multilateral and bilateral partners, the Peacebuilding Commission, and other relevant stakeholders;
5 - يشجع حكومة سيراليون على الدخول في مناقشات بشأن طبيعة دور الأمم المتحدة وأنشطتها ونطاق هذا الدور في مرحلة ما بعد انسحاب المكتب المتكامل، بالتنسيق مع المكتب المتكامل وفريق الأمم المتحدة القطري والشركاء المتعددي الأطراف والثنائيين ولجنة بناء السلام، وغير هؤلاء من الجهات المعنية؛

12. encourages the Government of Sierra Leone to continue implementing the National Gender Strategic Plan and the Sierra Leone National Action Plan to address Gender-Based Violence; and further encourages the Government to continue efforts to improve youth employment and empowerment and reduce socioeconomic inequalities;
12 - يشجع حكومة سيراليون على مواصلة تنفيذ الخطة الاستراتيجية الوطنية لتحقيق المساواة بين الجنسين وخطة العمل الوطنية لسيراليون للتصدي للعنف الجنساني، ويشجع كذلك الحكومة على مواصلة بذل جهودها لتحسين عمالة الشباب وتمكين الشباب والحد من أوجه عدم المساواة الاجتماعية - الاقتصادية؛

10 - يشجع حكومة سيراليون على مواصلة تنفيذ الخطة الاستراتيجية الوطنية لتحقيق المساواة بين الجنسين وخطة العمل الوطنية لسيراليون للتصدي للعنف الجنساني، ويشجع كذلك الحكومة على مواصلة بذل جهودها لتحسين عمالة الشباب وتمكينهم والحد من أوجه عدم المساواة الاجتماعية - الاقتصادية؛

7. encourages the Government of Sierra Leone and the RUF to continue to take steps towards furthering of dialogue and national reconciliation, and, in this regard, stresses the importance of the reintegration of the RUF into Sierra Leone society and the transformation of the RUF into a political party, and demands that the RUF cease any effort at maintaining options for military action;
7 - يشجع حكومة سيراليون والجبهة المتحدة الثورية على مواصلة اتخاذ خطوات بغية تعزيز الحوار والمصالحة الوطنية، ويشدد في هذا الصدد على أهمية إعادة إدماج الجبهة المتحدة الثورية في مجتمع سيراليون، وتحويل تلك الجبهة إلى حزب سياسي، ويطلب من الجبهة المتحدة الثورية التوقف عن بذل أي جهد يرمي إلى الاحتفاظ بخيارات اتخاذ إجراء عسكري؛

5. encourages the Government of Sierra Leone to engage in discussions on the nature, activities and scope of the United Nations role post-United Nations Integrated Peacebuilding Office in Sierra Leone in coordination with the Office, the United Nations country team, multilateral and bilateral partners, the Peacebuilding Commission and other relevant stakeholders;
5 - يشجع حكومة سيراليون على الدخول في مناقشات بشأن طبيعة دور الأمم المتحدة وأنشطتها ونطاق هذا الدور في مرحلة ما بعد انسحاب مكتب الأمم المتحدة المتكامل لبناء السلام في سيراليون، بالتنسيق مع المكتب وفريق الأمم المتحدة القطري والشركاء المتعددي الأطراف والثنائيين ولجنة بناء السلام وغيرهم من الجهات المعنية؛

14. encourages the Government of Sierra Leone, together with the Secretary-General, the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights and other relevant international actors, to expedite the establishment of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission and the Special Court envisaged by resolution 1315 (2000) of 14 August 2000, bearing in mind in particular the need to ensure the appropriate protection of children;
14 - يشجع حكومة سيراليون والأمين العام ومفوض الأمم المتحدة السامي لحقوق الإنسان والأطراف الدولية الفاعلة الأخرى على الإسراع في تشكيل لجنة استجلاء الحقيقة والمصالحة وإنشاء المحكمة الخاصة لسيراليون المتوخاة في القرار 1315 (2000) المؤرخ 14 آب/ أغسطس 2000، واضعين في الأذهان بصورة خاصة الحاجة إلى تأمين حماية ملائمة للأطفال؛
