وفي ضوء الوضع المالي الخطير للمركز يناشد مشروع القرار الدول والمنظمات الحكومية الدولية والمنظمات غير الحكومية والمؤسسات تقديم تبرعاتها بغية تدعيم البرامج والأنشطة التي يضطلع بها المركز الإقليمي.

This involves the placement of news articles and press releases on activities undertaken by the Regional Centre in Brazil in magazines, newspapers and web pages, and will serve as an example of coordination arrangements with other United Nations Information Centres (UNICs) in the region.
وستشمل هذه المبادرة إدراج مقالات ونشرات صحفية جديدة عن الأنشطة التي يضطلع بها المركز الإقليمي في البرازيل في مجلات وجرائد وصفحات على الإنترنت، وستكون بمثابة مثال يُقتدى به عن ترتيبات التنسيق المتخذة مع مراكز الأمم المتحدة الإعلامية الأخرى في المنطقة.
