26. Several interventions by indigenous representatives made references to the importance of the work of the Special Rapporteur of the Commission.

11. Requests the Secretary-General to support the effective monitoring by the Special Rapporteur of the Standard Rules, and invites voluntary contributions to fund the Special Rapporteur's work in this regard;
١١ - تطلب إلى اﻷمين العام أن يدعم قيام المقرر الخاص بالرصد الفعال للقواعد الموحدة، وتدعو الى تقديم تبرعات لتمويل العمل الذي يضطلع به المقرر الخاص في هذا الصدد؛

It endorsed the work of the Special Rapporteur and would continue to provide any relevant information that was requested.

24. Also welcomes the work undertaken by the Special Rapporteur on extreme poverty and human rights, including her report, submitted to the General Assembly at its sixty-eighth session, and his report, submitted to the General Assembly at its sixty-ninth session;

2. Welcomes the work undertaken by the Special Rapporteur in the implementation of his mandate, the comprehensive, transparent and inclusive consultations conducted with relevant actors from all regions for his thematic reports, and the undertaking of country visits;

A new paragraph 11 bis should be added that read " Takes note of the work undertaken by the Special Rapporteur on contemporary forms of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance and the Special Rapporteur on the promotion and protection of the right to freedom of opinion and expression in accordance with their mandates defined by the Human Rights Council in its resolutions 7/34 and 7/36 of 28 March 2008 " .
وتضاف فقرة جديدة 11 مكرراً نصها كالتالي: " تحيط بالعمل الذي يضطلع به المقرر الخاص المعني بالأشكال المعاصرة للعنصرية والتمييز العنصري وكراهية الأجانب وما يتصل بذلك من تعصب والمقرر الخاص المعني بتعزيز الحق في حرية الرأي والتعبير وحمايته طبقاً لولاياتهما اللتين حددهما مجلس حقوق الإنسان في قراريه 34/7 و 36/7 المؤرخين 28 آذار/مارس 2008 " .

1. Expresses its full support and appreciation for the work of the Special Rapporteur of the Commission on Human Rights on contemporary forms of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance and encourages its continuation;
1 - تعرب عن تأييدها وتقديرها الكاملين للعمل الذي يضطلع به المقرر الخاص للجنة حقوق الإنسان المعني بالأشكال المعاصرة للعنصرية وكره الأجانب وما يتصل بذلك من تعصب، وتشجع على استمرار هذا العمل؛

" 3. Expresses its full support and appreciation for the work of the Special Rapporteur of the Commission on Human Rights on contemporary forms of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance, encourages its continuation, and takes note with appreciation of the report of the Special Rapporteur;
" 3 - تعرب عن تأييدها وتقديرها الكاملين للعمل الذي يضطلع به المقرر الخاص للجنة حقوق الإنسان المعني بالأشكال المعاصرة للعنصرية والتمييز العنصري وكراهية الأجانب وما يتصل بذلك من تعصب، وتشجع على استمرار هذا العمل، وتحيط علما مع التقدير بتقرير المقرر الخاص؛

6. Calls upon countries to facilitate the work of the Special Rapporteur by providing information and inviting him to undertake country visits;
