The Security Council may wish to request the parties to continue to report regularly on progress in their talks.
وقد يود مجلس الأمن أن يطلب إلى الطرفين مواصلة تقديم تقارير دورية عن التقدم المحرز في محادثاتهما.

10. demands that both sides observe strictly the Moscow Agreement of 14 May 1994 on a Ceasefire and Separation of Forces (S/1994/583, annex I), and takes note with appreciation, in this context, of the substantial progress reported towards setting up a joint investigation mechanism for violations of the Agreement, as well as of the greater restraint exercised by the parties along the line of separation of forces;
١٠ - يطلب إلى الطرفين التقيد التام باتفاق موسكو المؤرخ ١٤ أيار/ مايو ١٩٩٤، بشأن وقف إطلاق النار والفصل بين القوات )S/1994/583، المرفق اﻷول(، ويحيط علما مع التقدير، في هذا السياق، بالتقدم الهام الذي أفيد عن إحرازه صوب إقامة آلية للتحقيق في انتهاكات الاتفاق، فضلا عن القدر الكبير من ضبط النفس الذي تحلى به الطرفان على طول خط الفصل بين القوات؛

Reiterating its serious concerns about the lack of substantive progress towards a settlement of the disputed issue of Prevlaka in the continuing bilateral negotiations between the parties pursuant to the Agreement on Normalization of Relations between the Republic of Croatia and the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia of 23 August 1996 (S/1996/706, annex), and calling upon the parties to resume discussions,
وإذ يكرر اﻹعراب عن بالغ قلقه إزاء عدم إحراز تقدم ملموس نحو تسوية مسألة بريفلاكا المتنازع عليها في المفاوضات الثنائية المستمرة بين الطرفين عملا باتفاق تطبيع العلاقات بين جمهورية كرواتيا وجمهورية يوغوسلافيا الاتحادية، المبرم في ٢٣ آب/أغسطس ١٩٩٦ S/1996/706)، المرفق(، وإذ يطلب إلى الطرفين استئناف المناقشات،

The four earlier options could, of course, still be considered, but if the Council is not prepared to revisit them with a view to making a choice, I recommend that the parties be asked by the Council to agree to the peace plan and to work with the United Nations to implement it.
وبالطبع يمكن النظر في الخيارات الأربع السابقة ولكن إذا لم يكن المجلس مستعدا للرجوع إليها لتحديد أحد الخيارات فإنني أوصي المجلس بأن يطلب إلى الطرفين أن يوافقا على خطة السلام والعمل مع الأمم المتحدة على تنفيذها.

Accordingly, I urge the Security Council to seize this opportunity to address effectively the long-outstanding issue of Western Sahara by requesting the parties to agree to the peace plan as amended and to work with the United Nations in its implementation.
وتبعا لذلك فإني أحث مجلس الأمن على انتهاز هذه الفرصة ليعالج بطريقة فعالة قضية الصحراء الغربية التي ظلت دون حل لمدة طويلة بأن يطلب إلى الطرفين الموافقة على خطة السلام بالصيغة التي عُدلت بها والعمل مع الأمم المتحدة على تنفيذها.
