(a) Joint appeals boards shall be established in New York, Geneva, Vienna, Nairobi and at such other duty stations as may be designated by the Secretary-General to consider and advise the Secretary-General regarding appeals filed under the terms of staff regulation 11.1.
(أ) تنشأ مجالس طعون مشتركة في نيويورك وجنيف وفيينا ونيروبي وأية مراكز عمل أخرى يعينها الأمين العام للنظر في الطعون المقدمة بموجب أحكام البند 11/1 من النظام الأساسي للموظفين ولإسداء المشورة إلى الأمين العام بشأن هذه الطعون؛

2. Recommends that the Commission to be appointed by the Secretary-General be composed of five to ten impartial and internationally respected persons, including legal, military and police experts, under the Chairmanship of an eminent person, and assisted by the appropriate support staff;
٢ - يوصي بأن تتألف اللجنة التي يعينها اﻷمين العام من خمسة إلى عشرة أشخاص يتصفون بالحياد ويحظون بالاحترام على الصعيد الدولي، من بينهم خبراء قانونيون وعسكريون وخبراء شرطة، برئاسة شخص مرموق، يساعده عدد مناسب من موظفي الدعم؛

(iii) All arrangements as to leave shall be subject to the exigencies of service, which may require that leave be taken by a staff member during a period designated by the SecretaryGeneral.
