The Special Rapporteur has the honour to submit his report to the Commission on Human Rights, which was finalized on 7 February 1997, in compliance with Commission on Human Rights resolution 1996/75.

6. During the course of its deliberations, when dealing with individual cases or situations, the Working Group renders opinions which are incorporated in its annual report submitted to the Commission on Human Rights at its annual session.

١٥ - تطلب إلى اﻷمين العام أن يقدم إلى لجنة حقوق اﻹنسان في دورتها الحادية والخمسين، وإلى الجمعية العامة في دورتها الحادية والخمسين، تقريرا عن حالة اتفاقية مناهضة التعذيب وغيره من ضروب المعاملة أو العقوبة القاسية أو اللاإنسانية أو المهينة؛

5. In compliance with the above requirements, the Special Rapporteur has the honour to submit to the Commission on Human Rights his third report on the situation of human rights in the Republic of Equatorial Guinea.
٥- وعملا بالمتطلبات الواردة أعلاه، يتشرﱠف المقرر الخاص بأن يقدم إلى لجنة حقوق اﻹنسان تقريره الثالث بشأن حالة حقوق اﻹنسان في جمهورية غينيا الاستوائية.

Further requests the Secretary-General to submit to the Commission on Human Rights, at its fifty-fifth and fifty-sixth sessions, a report on the status of the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights, the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights and the Optional Protocols to the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, including all reservations and declarations;
٨١- تطلب كذلك إلى اﻷمين العـام أن يقدم إلى لجنة حقوق اﻹنسان في دورتيها الخامسة والخمسين والسادسة والخمسين، تقريرا عن حالة العهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية، والعهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق المدنية والسياسية، والبروتوكولين الاختياريين للعهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق المدنية والسياسية، بما في ذلك جميع التحفظات واﻹعلانات؛

Requests the Secretary—General to submit to the Commission on Human Rights at its fifty-sixth session a comprehensive follow-up report on the problem of violence against women migrant workers, taking into account the views of States and based on the expertise of and all available information from authorities and bodies within the United Nations system, intergovernmental organizations and other sources, including non-governmental organizations;
٨- ترجو من اﻷمين العام أن يقدم إلى لجنة حقوق اﻹنسان في دورتها السادسة والخمسين تقرير متابعة شاملا عن مشكلة العنف ضد العاملات المهاجرات، يأخذ في الاعتبار آراء الدول ويستند الى الخبرات وجميع المعلومات التي تتيحها السلطات وهيئات منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة، وغيرها من المنظمات الحكومية الدولية والمصادر اﻷخرى، بما فيها المنظمات غير الحكومية؛

9. Requests the independent expert to report to the Commission at its fifty-first session on conditions in Somalia and the implementation of the present resolution;
