5. decides that the Standing Committee for Programme Matters shall, at its first meeting each year, determine, according to its mandate, its agenda and programme of work for the year, taking into account any matters referred to it by the Governing Council;
٥ - يقرر أن تقوم اللجنة الدائمة للمسائل البرنامجية، في اجتماعها اﻷول كل سنة ووفقا لولايتها، بتحديد جدول أعمالها وبرنامج عملها للسنة، وذلك مع أخذ أية مسائل يحيلها اليها مجلس اﻹدارة في الاعتبار؛

24. decides that the Commission should review its future activities at its twentieth session and, if appropriate, make recommendations to the General Assembly, through the Economic and Social Council, in the context of the ongoing restructuring of the United Nations in the economic and social fields;
٢٤ - يقرر أن تقوم اللجنة بإعادة النظر في أنشطتها المقبلة في دورتها العشرين، وأن تقدم توصيات، إذا اقتضى اﻷمر، الى الجمعية العامة عن طريق المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي في سياق عملية إعادة التشكيل الجارية في اﻷمم المتحدة في الميدانين الاقتصادي والاجتماعي؛

8. decides that the Commission on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice, at its eighth session, should review the report of the Secretary-General and should continue to consider the implementation of the Declaration.
٨ - يقرر أن تقوم لجنة منع الجريمة والعدالة الجنائية في دورتها السابعة باستعراض تقرير اﻷمين العام ومواصلة النظر في تنفيذ اﻹعلان.

decides that the CRIC through its Bureau shall prepare appropriate modalities, criteria and terms of reference for the mid-term evaluation of The Strategy undertaken by the COP;
6- يقرر أن تقوم لجنة استعراض تنفيذ الاتفاقية، عن طريق مكتبها، بإعداد طرائق العمل والمعايير والاختصاصات الملائمة لتقييم منتصف المدة الذي سيجريه مؤتمر الأطراف للاستراتيجية؛

12. decides that the Organizational Committee shall, taking due consideration to maintaining a balance in addressing situations in countries in different regions in accordance with the main purposes of the Commission as stipulated above, establish the agenda of the Commission based on the following:

13. decides that the Commission, in fulfilling its mandate, shall assist the Economic and Social Council in monitoring, reviewing and appraising the progress achieved and problems encountered in the implementation of the Copenhagen Declaration and Programme of Action and shall advise the Council thereon, and decides that, to that end, the Commission should:
٣١ - يقرر أن تقوم اللجنة، تنفيذا لولايتها، بمساعدة المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي في رصد واستعراض وتقييم التقدم المحرز في تنفيذ إعلان وبرنامج عمل كوبنهاغن والمشاكل التي تكتنفه، وأن تحيط المجلس علما بذلك، ويقرر أن تقوم اللجنة، تحقيقا لهذه الغاية، بما يلي:

7. decides that the Commission on the Status of Women should establish an in-session open-ended working group for a two-week period at its fortieth session to consider the report requested in paragraph 6 above with a view to elaborating a draft optional protocol to the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women;
٧ - يقرر أن تقوم لجنة مركز المرأة، في دورتها اﻷربعين، بإنشاء فريق عامل مفتوح باب العضوية ينعقد لمدة اسبوعين أثناء الدورة، للنظر في التقرير المطلوب في الفقرة ٦ أعلاه بغية صياغة مشروع بروتوكول اختياري لاتفاقية القضاء على جميع أشكال التمييز ضد المرأة؛

7. decides that the Commission should establish an in-session open-ended working group for a two-week period at its fortieth session to consider the report requested in paragraph 6 above with a view to elaborating a draft optional protocol to the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women;
٧ - يقرر أن تقوم اللجنة في دورتها اﻷربعين، بإنشاء فريق عامل مفتوح باب العضوية ينعقد لمدة اسبوعين أثناء الدورة، للنظر في التقرير المطلوب في الفقرة ٦ أعلاه بغية صياغة مشروع بروتوكول اختياري لاتفاقية القضاء على جميع أشكال التمييز ضد المرأة؛

decides that the Subsidiary Body for Implementation will regularly monitor the progress of the implementation of this framework, taking into account the information provided under paragraphs 9 (b) and 9 (c) above, and reporting to the Conference of the Parties at each of its sessions;
10- يقرر أن تقوم الهيئة الفرعية للتنفيذ بانتظام برصد تقدم تنفيذ هذا الإطار، مع مراعاة المعلومات المقدمة بموجب الفقرة 9(ب) و(ج) أعلاه، فضلاً عن تقديم التقارير إلى مؤتمر الأطراف في كل دورة من دوراته؛

decides that the Subsidiary Body for Implementation will regularly monitor the progress of the implementation of this framework, taking into account the information provided under paragraphs 9(b) and 9(c) above, and reporting to the Conference of the Parties at each of its sessions;
10- يقرر أن تقوم الهيئة الفرعية للتنفيذ بانتظام برصد تقدم تنفيذ هذا الإطار، مع مراعاة المعلومات المقدمة بموجب الفقرة 9(ب) و(ج) أعلاه، فضلاً عن تقديم التقارير إلى مؤتمر الأطراف في كل دورة من دوراته؛

decides that the institution managing the adaptation fund shall convert any CERs [ERUs and AAUs] into [currency][monetary values] through a competitive public process such as an auction;

5. decides that the independent expert on minority issues shall guide the work of the Forum and prepare its annual meetings, and invites him/her to include in his/her report thematic recommendations of the Forum and recommendations for future thematic subjects, for consideration by the Human Rights Council;
5- يقرر أن تقوم الخبيرة المستقلة المعنية بقضايا الأقليات بتوجيه أعمال المحفل والإعداد لاجتماعاته السنوية، ويدعوها إلى أن تُضمِّن تقريرها توصيات مواضيعية للمحفل وتوصيات بشأن المسائل المواضيعية في المستقبل لكي ينظر فيها مجلس حقوق الإنسان؛
