9. In the light of the foregoing, the Working Group decides to keep the case of Aleksandr Nikitin pending for further information which it expects to receive after his trial is over.
٩- وفي ضوء ما تقدم، يقرر الفريق العامل إبقاء قضية الكسندر نيكيتين معلّقة حتى الحصول على معلومات إضافية وهي معلومات يتوقع تلقيها بعد انتهاء المحاكمة.

(d) In subparagraph (k) the words " and [any other information that the Working Group decides to add] " should be deleted;

Therefore, and according to paragraph 17 (d) of the Working Group's methods of work, the Working Group decides to file the case.

4. Having examined the available information and without prejudging the nature of the detention, the Working Group decides to file the cases of Malik Bayramov and Asgar Ahmed in terms of paragraph 14.1 (a) of its revised methods of work.
٤- وبعد النظر في المعلومات المتاحة ودون الحكم مسبقاً على طبيعة الاحتجاز، يقرر الفريق العامل أن يحفظ حالتي السيد مالك بيراموف والسيد أصغار أحمد وفقاً ﻷحكام الفقرة ٤١-١)أ( من أساليب عمله المنقحة.

(a) Having examined the available information and without prejudging the nature of the detention, the Working Group decides to file the case of Abdel Raziq Yassin Farraj in terms of paragraph 14.1 (a) of its revised methods of work.

The detention of Ibrahim Aksoy is declared to be arbitrary being in contravention of articles 9 and 11 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and falling within category III of the principles applicable in the consideration of the cases submitted to the Working Group.
٠١- وفي ضوء ما سبق، يقرر الفريق العامل ما يلي: أن احتجاز ابراهيم آكسوي هو احتجاز تعسفي لتعارضه مع المادتين ٩ و١١ من اﻹعلان العالمي لحقوق اﻹنسان واندراجه في الفئة الثالثة من المبادئ المنطبقة عند النظر في الحالات المقدمة إلى الفريق العامل.

In this regard, the Working Group decides that priority be given initially to the Cotonou Partnership Agreement between ACP countries and the EU.
