٦٦- أعلنت الجمعية العامة في كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ٤٩٩١ عقد اﻷمم المتحدة للتثقيف في مجال حقوق اﻹنسان، ٥٩٩١-٤٠٠٢، ورحبت بخطة العمل المقترحة، وطلبت إلى المفوض السامي لحقوق اﻹنسان أن ينسق تنفيذ خطة العمل للعقد.

The Assembly also requested the High Commissioner for Human Rights to coordinate the implementation of the Plan of Action, and the Centre for Human Rights and the Commission on Human Rights, in cooperation with Member States, human rights treaty bodies, other appropriate bodies and competent non-governmental organizations, to support efforts of the High Commissioner in this respect (see also paras. 123-124 below).
