4. calls upon States parties to mobilize business leaders to join integrity pacts, taking into account the relevant provisions of the Convention against Corruption, and to promote better adherence to internal codes of conduct and corporate and social responsibility standards;

20. calls upon States parties to consider establishing and maintaining, as appropriate, direct channels of communication between border control agencies, enhancing law enforcement cooperation, strengthening the capacity of law enforcement agencies and taking other measures contemplated in article 27 of the Organized Crime Convention to achieve those goals;

8. calls upon States parties to adopt and implement appropriate measures, including legislative measures, to ensure that persons with disabilities enjoy the right to education without discrimination and on the basis of equal opportunity by ensuring an inclusive education system at all levels and life-long learning, in accordance with the Convention, and urges States parties in furtherance of this objective to, inter alia:
8- يهيب بالدول الأطراف أن تعتمد وتنفذ التدابير المناسبة بما في ذلك التدابير التشريعية، لكي تكفل تمتع الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة بالحق في التعليم دون تمييز وعلى أساس تكافؤ الفرص بتوفير نظام تعليمي جامع على كل المستويات وإتاحة التعلُّم مدى الحياة وفقاً للاتفاقية، ويحث الدول الأطراف، لتحقيق هذا الهدف، على جملة أمور منها ما يلي:

15. calls upon States parties to devote special attention to strengthening integrity across the entire criminal justice system, including the police, prosecution, defence counsel, judiciary, court administration, prison and probation services, and notes with appreciation the assistance provided by the Secretariat to States parties upon request in the integration of anti-corruption measures in institutions of the criminal justice system;

22. calls upon States parties to put effective processes in place to promote transparency, competition and objective decision-making in public procurement systems, in line with article 9 of the Convention, and to take into consideration the anti-corruption-related recommendations contained in the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law Model Law on Public Procurement;
