1. Any dispute between two or more States Parties concerning the interpretation or application of this Convention which cannot be settled through negotiation within a reasonable time shall, at the request of one of them, be submitted to arbitration.
1 - يعرض للتحكيم أي نـزاع ينشأ بين دولتين، أو أكثر، من الدول الأطراف حول تفسير أو تطبيق هذه الاتفاقية ولا تتسنى تسويته بالتفاوض خلال مدة معقولة وذلك بناء على طلب إحدى هذه الدول.

1. Any dispute between two or more States Parties concerning the interpretation or application of this Convention which cannot be settled through negotiation within a reasonable time shall, at the request of one of them, be submitted to arbitration.
1 - يُعرض للتحكيم أي نزاع ينشأ بين دولتين، أو أكثر، من الدول الأطراف حول تفسير أو تطبيق هذه الاتفاقية ولا تتسنى تسويته بالتفاوض خلال مدة معقولة وذلك بناء على طلب إحدى هذه الدول.

١- أي نزاع بين دولتين طرف أو أكثر بشأن تفسير وتطبيق هذه الاتفاقية ولا يمكن تسويته عن طريق التفاوض خلال فترة زمنية معقولة يقدم، بناء على طلب إحداهما، إلى التحكيم.

2. Any dispute between two or more States Parties concerning the interpretation or application of this Convention that cannot be settled through negotiation within a reasonable time shall, at the request of one of those States Parties, be submitted to arbitration.
2- أي نزاع ينشأ بين دولتين أو أكثر من الدول الأطراف بشأن تفسير أو تطبيق هذه الاتفاقية، وتتعذر تسويته عن طريق التفاوض في غضون فترة زمنية معقولة يجب تقديمه، بناء على طلب احدى تلك الدول الأطراف، الى التحكيم.

(b) A written report, made within a reasonable time, shall include the scope of the inquiry, procedures and methods used to evaluate evidence as well as conclusions and recommendations based on findings of fact and on applicable law.
(ب) يعد تقرير كتابي خلال مدة معقولة من الزمن يبين نطاق التحقيق والإجراءات والأساليب التي استخدمت في تقييم الأدلة، فضلا عن الاستنتاجات والتوصيات المبنية على الوقائع المستخلصة وعلى القانون الساري.

5 (b). A written report, made within a reasonable time, shall include the scope of the inquiry, procedures and methods used to evaluate evidence as well as conclusions and recommendations based on findings of fact and on applicable law.
٥ - )ب( يعد تقرير كتابي خلال مدة معقولة من الزمن يبين نطاق التحقيق، واﻹجراءات واﻷساليب التي استخدمت في تقييم اﻷدلة فضلا عن الاستنتاجات والتوصيات المبنية على الوقائع المستخلصة وعلى القانون الساري.
