Where the law of a State concerned attaches to the voluntary loss of its nationality or to the renunciation of the entitlement to acquire its nationality by persons acquiring or retaining the nationality of another State concerned the obligation that such persons transfer their residence out of its territory, a reasonable time limit for compliance with that obligation shall be granted.
