١٠ - تحث حكومة العراق على إلغاء جميع القوانين واﻹجراءات، بما في ذلك مرسوم مجلس قيادة الثورة رقم ٨٤٠ المؤرخ ٤ تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر ١٩٨٦، التي تفرض عقوبات على التعبير الحر عن وجهات النظر واﻵراء المتنافسة، وأن تكفل أن تكون اﻹراداة الحقيقية للشعب هي أساس السلطة في الدولة؛

(n) That the Government of Iraq abrogate all laws discriminating against women and abide by its obligations pursuant to the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women;
