(c) In the absence of the submission of a plan of action, to forward for consideration by the Twenty-Second Meeting of the Parties the draft decision contained in annex I (section C) to the present report, which would request the Party to act in accordance with subparagraph (a) above.
(ج) في حالة عدم تقديم خطة عمل، أن تحيل إلى عناية الاجتماع الثاني والعشرين للأطراف مشروع المقرر الوارد في المرفق الأول (الفرع جيم) لهذا التقرير الذي يطلب إلى الطرف العمل بموجب الفقرة الفرعية (أ) عاليه.

(c) In the absence of the submission of a plan of action, to forward for consideration by the Twenty-Second meeting of the Parties the draft decision contained in annex I (section C) to the present report, which would request the Party to act in accordance with subparagraph (a) above;

3. In the absence of the submission of a plan of action, to request the [xth] Meeting of the Parties to endorse the request in paragraph 1 above by forwarding to that Meeting for approval the draft decision contained in [annex x (section y)] to the present report.
3 - في حالة عدم تقديم خطة عمل، تطلب من اجتماع الأطراف [رقم] التصديق على الطلب الوارد في (ب) أعلاه من خلال تقديم مشروع المقرر المتضمن في [المرفق x (الجزء y)] بهذا التقرير إلى اجتماع الأطراف للموافقة عليه.

(c) In the absence of the submission of a plan of action, to forward for consideration by the Nineteenth Meeting of the Parties the draft decision contained in annex I (section E) to the present report, which would request the Party to act in accordance with subparagraph (a) above;
(ج) تحيل في حالة عدم تقديم خطة العمل، مشروع المقرر الوارد في المرفق الأول (القسم هاء) من هذا التقرير، والذي يطلب إلى الطرف العمل وفقاً للفقرة الفرعية (أ) أعلاه إلى الاجتماع التاسع عشر للأطراف لينظر فيه؛

(d) To agree, in the absence of the submission of a plan of action, to request the seventeenth Meeting of the Parties to endorse the request in (b) above by forwarding to that Meeting for approval the draft decision contained in annex I (section E) to the present report.
(د) أن توافق، في حالة عدم تقديم خطة عمل، أن تطلب إلى الاجتماع السابع عشر للأطراف إلى أن يصادق على طلب في (ب) عاليه لإحالة مشروع المقرر الوارد في المرفق الأول (الفرع هاء) لهذا التقرير إلى الاجتماع لاعتماده.

In the absence of the submission of the clarification referred to in subparagraph (a) and the explanation of the deviation referred to in subparagraph (c), to request the Eighteenth Meeting of the Parties to endorse the requests in subparagraph (b) and (d) by forwarding the draft decision contained in section C of annex I to the present report to that Meeting for approval.
