6. General Assembly resolution 46/212 reaffirms the right of access of land-locked countries to and from the sea and freedom of transit through the territory of transit States by all means of transport, in accordance with international law.

Nepal reaffirmed the right of access of land-locked countries to and from the sea, and urged support for the Global Framework for Transit Transport Cooperation between Land-locked and Transit Developing Countries and the Donor Community.
٣٠ - واختتم قائلا إن نيبال تؤكد من جديد على حق البلدان غير الساحلية في الوصول إلى البحر ومنه، وتحث على دعم إطار العمل العالمي للتعاون في مجال النقل العابر بين البلدان غير الساحلية وبلدان العبور النامية وبين جماعة المانحين.

At its 48th plenary meeting, on 29 July 1994, the Council decided that no action would be taken on the draft resolution entitled " Right of access of land-locked States to and from the sea and freedom of transit " . E/1994/L.17.
قرر المجلس، في جلسته العامة ٤٨ المعقودة في ٢٩ تموز/يوليه ١٩٩٤، عدم اتخاذ أي إجراء بشأن مشروع القرار المعنون " حق البلدان غير الساحلية في الوصول إلى البحر ومنه وحقها في حرية المرور العابر " )٨٩١(.

The envisaged measures relate, inter alia, to the right of access of land-locked countries to and from the sea and freedom of transit; the need to strengthen further cooperative efforts in dealing with their transit problems; and the need to provide financial and technical assistance to those countries to enable them to undertake the construction, maintenance and improvement of transit transport facilities.
وتتصل التدابير المتوخاة، في جملة أمور، بحق البلدان غير الساحلية في الوصول إلى البحر ومنه، وحرية العبور، والحاجة إلى بذل المزيد من الجهود التعاونية في معالجة المشاكل التي تعانيها هذه البلدان فيما يتعلق بالعبور، والحاجة إلى توفير المساعدة المالية والفنية لهذه البلدان لتمكينها من الاضطلاع بأعمال تشييد مرافق النقل العابر وصيانتها وتحسينها.

27. At the 35th meeting, on 18 July, the observer for the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia 4/ introduced a draft resolution (E/1994/L.17) entitled " Right of access of land-locked States to and from the sea and freedom of transit " , which read as follows:
