Reaffirming its previous resolutions on Somalia and the need for all the Somali parties to observe the cease-fire and to restrict themselves to fraternal dialogue in order to solve the conflict by peaceful means,
- وإذ يؤكد مجددا على قراراته السابقة حول الصومال وضرورة التزام جميع اﻷطراف الصومالية بوقف إطلاق النار والاحتكام إلى الحوار اﻷخوي لحل النزاع بالطرق السلمية.

1. To invite all the Somali parties to cooperate fully with the United Nations and the regional organizations concerned in the implementation of the National Reconciliation Agreement signed on 27 March 1993 at Addis Ababa;
١ - دعوة جميع اﻷطراف الصومالية إلى التعاون الكامل مع منظمة اﻷمم المتحدة والمنظمات اﻹقليمية المعنية في تنفيذ اتفاق المصالحة الوطنية الموقع في ٢٧ آذار/مارس ١٩٩٣ بأديس أبابا.

7. Appeals to all the Somali parties concerned to seek peaceful means for resolving differences and to redouble their efforts to achieve national reconciliation that allows for transition from relief to reconstruction and development;
٧ - تناشد جميع اﻷطراف الصومالية المعنية أن تسعى إلى حل خلافاتها بالوسائل السلمية وأن تضاعف جهودها لتحقيق مصالحة وطنية تسمح بالانتقال من مرحلة اﻹغاثة إلى مرحلة التعمير والتنمية؛

8. Appeals to all the Somali parties concerned to seek peaceful means for resolving differences and to redouble their efforts to achieve national reconciliation that allows for transition from relief to reconstruction and development;

7. Appeals to all the Somali parties concerned to terminate hostilities and to engage in a national reconciliation process that allows for transition from relief to reconstruction and development;
٧ - تناشد جميع اﻷطراف الصومالية المعنية إنهاء اﻷعمال العدائية والدخول في عملية للمصالحة الوطنية تسمح بالانتقال من مرحلة اﻹغاثة إلى مرحلة التعمير والتنمية؛

8. Also appeals to all the Somali parties concerned to seek peaceful means for resolving differences and to redouble their efforts to achieve national reconciliation that allows for transition from relief to reconstruction and development;
٨ - تناشد أيضا جميع اﻷطراف الصومالية المعنية أن تسعى إلى حل خلافاتها بالوسائل السلمية وأن تضاعف جهودها لتحقيق مصالحة وطنية تسمح بالانتقال من مرحلة اﻹغاثة إلى مرحلة التعمير والتنمية؛

During the meeting held at Addis Ababa in January 1993, all the Somali parties had agreed that disarmament was essential to the restoration of peace and stability in Somalia.
وقد اتفقت جميع اﻷطراف الصومالية في الاجتماع المعقود في أديس أبابا في شهر كانون الثاني/يناير ١٩٩٣، على أن نزع السلاح شرط أساسي لتحقيق السلم والاستقرار من جديد في الصومال.

The Assembly appealed to all the Somali parties concerned to terminate hostilities and to engage in a national reconciliation process that would allow for such transition, and called upon all parties, movements and factions in Somalia to respect fully the security and safety of personnel of the United Nations and its specialized agencies and of non-governmental organizations.
وناشدت الجمعية العامة جميع اﻷطراف الصومالية المعنية إنهاء اﻷعمال العدائية والدخول في عملية للمصالحة الوطنية تسمح بتحقيق هذا الانتقال، وطلبت الى جميع اﻷطراف والحركات والفصائل في الصومال أن تحترم على الوجه التام أمن وسلامة موظفي اﻷمم المتحدة ووكالاتها المتخصصة وموظفي المنظمات غير الحكومية.

6. Appeals to all the Somali parties concerned to terminate hostilities and to engage in a national reconciliation process that will allow for the transition from relief to reconstruction and development;
٦ - تناشد جميع اﻷطراف الصومالية المعنية إنهاء اﻷعمال العدائية والدخول في عملية للمصالحة الوطنية تسمح بالانتقال من مرحلة اﻹغاثة إلى مرحلة التعمير والتنمية؛

It also called for the convening of " an international conference on peace and national reconciliation in Somalia " with the participation of all the Somali parties and all the concerned international and regional organizations.
ودعت أيضا إلى عقد " مؤتمر دولي للسلام والمصالحة الوطنية في الصومال " ، تشترك فيه جميع اﻷطراف الصومالية وجميع المنظمات الدولية واﻹقليمية المعنية.

5. Appeals to all the Somali parties concerned to terminate hostilities on the basis of the Addis Ababa Agreement of 27 March 1993, and to engage in a national reconciliation process leading to the re-establishment of peace, order and stability, which are essential if relief and rehabilitation efforts are to be successful;
٥ - تناشد جميع اﻷطراف الصومالية المعنية إنهاء أعمال القتال استنادا الى اتفاق أديس أبابا المؤرخ ٢٧ آذار/مارس ١٩٩٣، والدخول في عملية مصالحة وطنية تفضي الى إعادة السلم والنظام والاستقرار، باعتبارها ضرورية لنجاح جهود الاغاثة واﻹنعاش؛

2. To urge all the Somali parties to cooperate fully with the United Nations, the League of Arab States, the Organization of African Unity and the Organization of the Islamic Conference in order to spread security and stability throughout the country and achieve national unity and territorial integrity for fraternal Somalia;
٢ - حث جميع اﻷطراف الصومالية على التعاون الكامل مع اﻷمم المتحدة وجامعة الدول العربية ومنظمة الوحدة الافريقية ومنظمة المؤتمر اﻹسلامي، من أجل نشر اﻷمن والاستقرار في كامل ربوع البلاد وتحقيق الوحدة الوطنية والترابية للصومال الشقيق؛

5. Appeals to all the Somali parties concerned to terminate hostilities on the basis of the Addis Ababa Agreement of 27 March 1993, 3/ and to engage in a national reconciliation process leading to the re-establishment of peace, order and stability, which are essential if relief and rehabilitation efforts are to be successful;
٥ - تناشد جميع اﻷطراف الصومالية المعنية إنهاء اﻷعمال العدائية استنادا إلى اتفاق أديس أبابا المؤرخ ٢٧ آذار/مارس ١٩٩٣)٣(، والدخول في عملية مصالحة وطنية تفضي إلى إعادة السلم والنظام والاستقرار، باعتبارها ضرورية لنجاح جهود اﻹغاثة واﻹنعاش؛

1. Urges all the Somali parties to desist immediately from the fighting and to settle their disputes by means of dialogue and national reconciliation, which is the only way to end the bloodshed in Somalia, alleviate the suffering of the Somali people and safeguard its supreme national interests;
