Exports under this subparagraph shall be allowed only if the exporting Party is registered for an allowable-use exemption applicable to the mercury-added product.

8. A Party may at any time withdraw an allowable-use exemption upon written notification to the Secretariat.

(a) For production or import in accordance with an allowable-use exemption listed in that annex for which the Party is registered as provided in Article 8;

3. Each Party with one or more facilities that use mercury or mercury compounds in the manufacturing processes listed in Annex D [for which an allowable-use exemption was granted] shall:

6. Prior to the review of an allowable-use exemption, a Party wishing to extend the exemption shall submit a report to the Secretariat justifying its continuing need for it.
