Regulation 3.4 (a) The Registrar, in consultation with the Prosecutor, shall, in conformity with United Nations common system standards, establish terms and conditions under which an education grant shall be available to staff members of the Court residing and serving outside their recognized home country.

(c) The Secretary-General shall also establish terms and conditions under which an education grant shall be available to a staff member serving in a country whose language is different from his or her own and who is obliged to pay tuition for the teaching of the mother tongue to a dependent child attending a local school in which the instruction is given in a language other than his or her own;
)ج( يضع الأمين العام أيضا الأحكام والشروط التي تتاح بمقتضاها منحة تعليم للموظف الذي يخدم في بلد ناطق بلغة غير لغته فيضطر إلى دفع مصاريف لتدريس اللغة الأصلية لولده المعال الذي يدرس في مدرسة محلية يجري التعليم فيها بلغة غير لغته؛

(c) The Secretary-General shall also establish terms and conditions under which an education grant shall be available to a staff member serving in a country whose language is different from his or her own and who is obliged to pay tuition for the teaching of the mother tongue to a dependent child attending a local school in which the instruction is given in a language other than his or her own;
(ج) يضع الأمين العام أيضا الأحكام والشروط التي تتاح بمقتضاها منحة تعليم للموظف الذي يخدم في بلد ناطق بلغة غير لغته فيضطر إلى دفع مصاريف لتدريس اللغة الأصلية لولده المعال الذي يدرس في مدرسة محلية يكون التعليم فيها بلغة غير لغته؛

(c) The Secretary-General shall also establish terms and conditions under which an education grant shall be available to a staff member serving in a country whose language is different from his or her own and who is obliged to pay tuition for the teaching of the mother tongue to a dependent child attending a local school in which the instruction is given in a language other than his or her own;
(ج) يضع الأمين العام أيضا الأحكام والشروط التي تتاح بمقتضاها منحة تعليم للموظف الذي يخدم في بلد ناطق بلغة غير لغته فيضطر إلى دفع مصاريف لتدريس اللغة الأصلية لولده المعال الذي يدرس في مدرسة محلية يجري التعليم فيها بلغة غير لغته؛

(a) The Secretary-General shall establish terms and conditions under which an education grant shall be available to a staff member residing and serving outside his or her recognized home country whose dependent child is in full-time attendance at a school, university or similar educational institution of a type that will, in the opinion of the Secretary-General, facilitate the child’s reassimilation in the staff member’s recognized home country.
)أ( يضع اﻷمين العام اﻷحكام والشروط التي تتاح بمقتضاها منحة تعليم للموظف الذي يقيم ويخدم خارج البلد الذي يعتبر وطنه، إذا كان له أولاد معالون منتظمون في الدراسة في مدرسة أو جامعة أو مؤسسة تعليمية مماثلة تكون من نوع ييسر، في رأي اﻷمين العام، اندماج اﻷولاد من جديد في البلد الذي يعتبر وطنا للموظف.
