41. The Vienna Declaration stressed the need for an effective international legal instrument against corruption, independent of the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime (General Assembly resolution 55/25, annex I).
41- وشدّد إعلان فيينا على الحاجة إلى صك قانوني دولي فعّال لمكافحة الفساد، بمعزل عن اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الجريمة المنظمة عبر الوطنية (قرار الجمعية العامة 55/25، المرفق الأول).
