States Parties shall promote appropriate methods of obtaining information and testimony from persons who are willing to cooperate in the investigation and prosecution of an offence established in article(s) ___ [alternatively: of an offence covered by this Convention] and shall, as appropriate, assist each other in promoting such cooperation.
