42. The representative of Belarus, the other co-sponsor, stressed that the advisory opinion of the Court would contribute to the uniform interpretation and application of the provisions of the Charter of the United Nations regarding the use of force and to the strengthening of the mechanisms of the maintenance of international peace and security envisaged by the Charter.

7. Any High Contracting Party or Parties may seek assistance from the pool of experts regarding any concerns which relate to the fulfillment of its or their legal obligations or to resolve any problems that it or they may have with regard to the interpretation and application of the provisions of this Convention and any of its annexed Protocols by which it or they are bound.
7- لأي أطراف متعاقدة سامية أن تلتمس فرادى أو جماعات المساعدة من فريق الخبراء فيما يتعلق بأي مشاكل تشغلها على مستوى الوفاء بالتزاماتها القانونية أو حل أي مشاكل قد تعترضها فيما يتعلق بتفسير وتطبيق أحكام هذه الاتفاقية وأي من بروتوكولاتها الملحقة التي تلتزم بها.

6. Invite any High Contracting Party to seek assistance from any person or persons named to the pool of experts regarding any concerns that relate to the fulfillment of its legal obligations or to resolve any problems that it may have with regard to the interpretation and application of the provisions of this Convention and any of its annexed Protocols by which it is bound.
6- تدعو أي طرف من الأطراف المتعاقدة إلى التماس المساعدة من أي شخص أو أشخاص معينين في مجموعة الخبراء بشأن أية شواغل ذات صلة بالوفاء بالتزاماته القانونية أو حل أية مشكلة قد يواجهها بشأن تفسير وتطبيق أحكام هذه الاتفاقية وأي من البروتوكولات الملحقة التي يلتزم بها.

Any High Contracting Party may seek assistance from the pool of experts regarding any concerns which relates to the fulfillment of its own legal obligations or to resolve any problems that it may have with regard to its own interpretation and application of the provisions of this Convention and any of its annexed Protocols by which it is bound.
7- لأي طرف من الأطراف السامية المتعاقدة أن يلتمس مساعدة فريق الخبراء فيما يتعلق بأية مشاغل لها صلة بالوفاء بالالتزامات القانونية أو حل أية مشاكل تشغله فيما يتعلق بتفسير وتطبيق أحكام هذه الاتفاقية وأياً من بروتوكولاتها الملحقة التي يلتزم بها.
