" 16. Requests the Secretary-General to submit to the General Assembly at its sixtieth session a report on the implementation of the present resolution under the sub-item entitled `Preventing and combating corrupt practices and transfer of funds and assets of illicit origin and returning such assets to the countries of origin'. "

Requests the international community to support national efforts to strengthen human and institutional capacity and regulatory frameworks for preventing corruption, bribery, money laundering and the transfer of funds and assets of illicit origin, and to assist in the return of such funds and assets to the countries of origin;
6 - تطلب إلى المجتمع الدولي دعم الجهود الوطنية الرامية إلى تعزيز القدرة البشرية والمؤسسية والأطر التنظيمية لمنع الفساد والرشوة وغسل الأموال وتحويل الأموال والأصول المتأتية من مصدر غير مشروع، والمساعدة في إعادة تلك الأموال والأصول إلى بلدانها الأصلية.

" Emphasizing the responsibilities of all Governments to enact laws aimed at preventing and combating corrupt practices and transfer of funds and assets of illicit origin and return of such funds and assets to the countries of origin,
" وإذ تؤكد المسؤوليات الملقاة على عاتق جميع الحكومات لسن القوانين الرامية إلى منع ومكافحة الممارسات الفاسدة وتحويل الأموال والأصول المتأتية من مصدر غير مشروع وإعادة تلك الأموال والأصول إلى بلدانها الأصلية،

" 7. Encourages subregional and regional cooperation, where appropriate, in the efforts to prevent and combat corrupt practices and the transfer of funds and assets of illicit origin and for the return of such funds and assets to the countries of origin;
