As recommended by the fourth meeting of the Consultative Process, the General Assembly urged States and regional economic integration organizations to work within the framework of IMO and in accordance with the Convention and international rules and regulations regarding measures related to the phase-out of single-hull tankers.
بناء على توصية الاجتماع الرابع للعملية الاستشارية، حثّت الجمعية العامة الدول ومنظمات التكامل الاقتصادي الإقليمية على العمل في إطار المنظمة البحرية الدولية ووفقا للاتفاقية والقواعد والأنظمة الدولية المتعلقة بالتدابير المتصلة بالتخلص على مراحل من ناقلات النفط ذات الهيكل الواحد.

24. Urges States and regional economic integration organizations to work within the framework of the International Maritime Organization and in accordance with the Convention and international rules and regulations regarding measures related to the phase-out of single-hull tankers, and welcomes the organization's giving priority to the consideration of any proposals related thereto;
24 - تحث الدول ومنظمات التكامل الاقتصادي الإقليمية على العمل في إطار المنظمة البحرية الدولية ووفقا للاتفاقية والقواعد والأنظمة الدولية المتعلقة بالتدابير المتصلة بالتخلص على مراحل من الناقلات ذات الهيكل الواحد، وترحب بنظر المنظمة في أي من المقترحات المتعلقة بهذا الموضوع على سبيل الأولوية؛

68. Reaffirms the need for States and competent international organizations to urgently consider ways to integrate and improve, on a scientific basis and in accordance with the Convention and related agreements and instruments, the management of risks to the marine biodiversity of seamounts, cold water corals, hydrothermal vents and certain other underwater features;
68 - تؤكد من جديد الحاجة إلى أن تقوم الدول والمنظمات الدولية المختصة بالنظر على سبيل الاستعجال في الوسائل التي من شأنها أن تؤدي، استنادا إلى أساس علمي ووفقا للاتفاقية والاتفاقات والصكوك ذات الصلة، إلى تكامل وتحسين إدارة المخاطر التي تهدد التنوع البيولوجي البحري في الجبال البحرية والشعب المرجانية الموجودة في المياه الباردة، والمنافس الحرارية المائية وغيرها من السمات المعينة الموجودة تحت سطح الماء؛

96. Reaffirms the need for States and competent international organizations to urgently consider ways to integrate and improve, based on the best available scientific information and in accordance with the Convention and related agreements and instruments, the management of risks to the marine biodiversity of seamounts, cold water corals, hydrothermal vents and certain other underwater features;
96 - تعيد التأكيد على ضرورة قيام الدول والمنظمات الدولية المختصة بالنظر على سبيل الاستعجال في الوسائل التي تكفل، استنادا إلى أفضل المعلومات العلمية المتاحة ووفقا للاتفاقية والاتفاقات والصكوك ذات الصلة، تكامل وتحسين إدارة المخاطر التي تهدد التنوع البيولوجي البحري في التلال البحرية والشعاب المرجانية الموجودة في المياه الباردة والفتحات الحرارية المائية وغيرها من السمات المعينة الموجودة تحت سطح الماء؛

(a) Ensure that child slavery is prohibited under domestic legislation and in accordance with the Convention and other relevant international standards;
(أ) ضمان تحريم استرقاق الأطفال بموجب التشريع المحلي ووفقاً للاتفاقية والمعايير الدولية الأخرى ذات الصلة؛

Paragraph 123 of the resolution also encouraged States and RFMO/As to develop or strengthen data-collection standards, procedures and protocols and research programmes for identification of VMEs, assessment of impacts on such ecosystems, and assessment of fishing activities on target and non-target species, consistent with the FAO Guidelines and in accordance with the Convention.
كذلك فقد شجَّعت الفقرة 123 من القرار المذكور الدول والمنظمات والترتيبات الإقليمية على وضع أو تعزيز معايير لجمع البيانات وإجراءات وبروتوكولات وبرامج بحوث لتحديد النُظم الإيكولوجية البحرية الهشّة وتقييم الآثار الواقعة على هذه النُظم الإيكولوجية وتقييم أنشطة الصيد المتعلقة بالأنواع المستهدَفة وغير المستهدَفة تمشياً مع المبادئ التوجيهية لمنظمة الأغذية والزراعة ووفقاً للاتفاقية.
