In this respect, States Parties shall consider adopting where appropriate and in accordance with the fundamental principles of their domestic law, disciplinary measures against public officials who violate those standards.

Each State Party shall also consider taking appropriate legislative and administrative measures, consistent with the objectives of the present Convention and in accordance with the fundamental principles of its domestic law, to prescribe criteria for the appointment of public officials to public office by a process of election.
تنظر كل دولة طرف أيضا في اتخاذ ما هو مناسب من التدابير التشريعية والادارية بما يتسق مع الأهداف المنشودة في هذه الاتفاقية ووفقا للمبادئ الأساسية لقانونها الداخلي لتحديد معايير بشأن تعيين المسؤولين العموميين في المناصب العمومية بواسطة عملية انتخاب.

23. The Conference encouraged States parties, in accordance with article 8, paragraph 5, of the Convention, to endeavour, where appropriate and in accordance with the fundamental principles of their domestic law, to establish and strengthen asset declaration systems applicable to public officials, aimed at the identification and resolution of conflicts of interest.

3- تنظر كل دولة طرف أيضا في اتخاذ التدابير التشريعية والادارية المناسبة، بما يتسق مع أهداف هذه الاتفاقية ووفقا للمبادئ الأساسية لقانونها الداخلي، لتعزيز الشفافية في تمويل الترشيحات لانتخاب شاغلي المناصب العمومية وفي تمويل الأحزاب السياسية، حيثما انطبق الحال.

5. Each State Party shall endeavour, where appropriate and in accordance with the fundamental principles of its domestic law, to establish measures and systems requiring public officials to make declarations to appropriate authorities regarding, inter alia, their outside activities, employment, investments, assets and substantial gifts or benefits from which a conflict of interest may result with respect to their functions as public officials.
5- تسعى كل دولة طرف، عند الاقتضاء ووفقا للمبادئ الأساسية لقانونها الداخلي، إلى وضع تدابير ونظم تلزم الموظفين العموميين بأن يفصحوا للسلطات المعنية عن أشياء منها ما لهم من أنشطة خارجية وعمل وظيفي واستثمارات وموجودات وهبات أو منافع كبيرة قد تفضي إلى تضارب في المصالح مع مهامهم كموظفين عموميين.

To denying, in countries that do not already do so and in accordance with the fundamental principles of their legal systems, the tax deductibility of bribes paid by any private or public corporation or individual of a Member State to any public official or elected representative of another country;
