20. UNCTAD should develop and deliver training materials and disseminate information on best practices in the field of electronic commerce and international transport services for developing countries, with the participation of private operators from developed countries.
20- ينبغي للأونكتاد أن يعمل على تطوير وتوفير المواد التدريبية ونشر المعلومات عن أفضل الممارسات في ميدان التجارة الإلكترونية وخدمات النقل الدولي لصالح البلدان النامية، مع اشتراك مشغِّلين من القطاع الخاص من البلدان النامية في ذلك.

22. UNCTAD should give consideration to the possibility of reconvening the group on a regular basis to provide for a forum where developing countries, in particular the least developed among them, can benefit from a institutionalized dialogue on best practices in electronic commerce and international transport services as a means of facilitating trade.
22- ينبغي أن ينظر الأونكتاد في إمكانية إعادة عقد اجتماعات هذا الفريق على أساس منتظم بغية إيجاد محفل يمكن فيه للبلدان النامية، وخاصة منها أقل البلدان نمواً، أن تستفيد من قيام حوار مؤسسي بشأن أفضل الممارسات في مجال التجارة الإلكترونية وخدمات النقل الدولي كوسيلة لتيسير التجارة.
