3. Recognizes the expansion of technical assistance activities of the Centre and encourages international, regional and national funding agencies, as well as international financial institutions, to support the technical cooperation activities and interregional advisory services of the Centre;

197. At the 49th meeting, on 24 July, the Council adopted draft resolution VIII, entitled " Technical cooperation and interregional advisory services in crime prevention and criminal justice " , recommended by the Commission on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice (E/1995/30, chap. I, sect. B).

216. At the 49th meeting, on 24 July, the Council adopted draft resolution VIII, entitled " Technical cooperation and interregional advisory services in crime prevention and criminal justice " , recommended by the Commission on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice (E/1995/30, chap. I, sect. B).
٢١٦ - في الجلسة ٤٩، المعقودة في ٢٤ تموز/يوليه، اعتمد المجلس مشروع القرار الثامن، المعنون " التعاون التقني والخدمات الاستشارية اﻷقاليمية في مجال منع الجريمة والعدالة الجنائية " ، الذي أوصت به لجنة منع الجريمة والعدالة الجنائية )E/1995/30، الفصل اﻷول، الفرع باء(.

83. The Commission, in its resolution 5/2 on technical cooperation and interregional advisory services in crime prevention and criminal justice, 1/ requested the Secretary-General to explore with Member States the establishment of a mechanism for resource mobilization and coordination of activities in the area of technical assistance.
٨٣ - وطلبت اللجنة الى اﻷمين العام، في قرارها ٥/٢ بشأن التعاون التقني والخدمات الاستشارية اﻷقاليمية في مجال منع الجريمة والعدالة الجنائية)١(، أن يبحث مع الدول اﻷعضاء إقامة آلية لتعبئة الموارد وتنسيق اﻷنشطة في مجال المساعدة التقنية.

Recalling also its resolution 1995/15 of 24 July 1995 and resolution 5/2 of 31 May 1996 of the Commission on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice, on technical cooperation and interregional advisory services in crime prevention and criminal justice,Official Records of the Economic and Social Council, 1996, Supplement No. 10 (E/1996/30), chap. وإذ يشير أيضا الى قراره ١٩٩٥/١٥ المؤرخ ٢٤ تموز/يوليه ١٩٩٥ والقرار ٥/٢ المؤرخ ٣١ أيار/مايو ٦٩٩١ الذي اتخذته لجنة منع الجريمة والعدالة الجنائية بشأن التعاون التقني والخدمات الاستشارية اﻷقاليمية في مجال منع الجريمة والعدالة الجنائية)٠٨١(،

3. Recognizes the expansion of technical assistance activities of the Centre and encourages international, regional and national funding agencies, as well as international financial institutions, to support the technical cooperation activities and interregional advisory services of the Centre;
3- يسلّم باتساع نطاق أنشطة المساعدة التقنية التي يضطلع بها المركز، ويشجّع وكالات التمويل الدولية والاقليمية والوطنية، وكذلك المؤسسات المالية الدولية، على دعم أنشطة التعاون التقني والخدمات الاستشارية الأقاليمية التي يضطلع بها المركز؛

3. Commends the increased cooperation between the Centre for International Crime Prevention, the United Nations Development Programme and the United Nations Office for Project Services, and calls upon those entities, together with the World Bank and other international, regional and national funding agencies, to support the technical cooperation activities and interregional advisory services of the Centre;
3- يشيد بازدياد التعاون بين المركز المعني بمنع الاجرام الدولي وبرنامج الأمم المتحدة الانمائي ومكتب الأمم المتحدة لخدمات المشاريع، ويهيب بتلك الهيئات، جنبا إلى جنب مع البنك الدولي وسائر وكالات التمويل الدولية والاقليمية والوطنية، أن تدعم أنشطة التعاون التقني والخدمات الاستشارية الأقاليمية التي يضطلع بها المركز؛
