15. Takes note of the discussions held in the Human Rights Council Advisory Committee in fulfilment of the mandate given to the Committee to explore ways and means to enhance international cooperation in the field of human rights, in accordance with Council resolution 13/23 of 26 March 2010;

In its resolution, the Human Rights Council furthermore takes note of the discussions held in the Advisory Committee, in fulfilment of its mandate, to explore " ways and means to enhance international cooperation in the field of human rights, in accordance with Council resolution 13/23 of 26 March 2010 (para. 15).

Takes note of the study of the Human Rights Council Advisory Committee on the enhancement of international cooperation in the field of human rights, prepared pursuant to the mandate given by the Council, in its resolution 13/23 of 26 March 2010, to the Advisory Committee to explore ways and means to enhance international cooperation in the field of human rights;

" In view of the importance of ensuring that crimes of a serious nature committed by United Nations officials and experts on mission do not go unpunished and that the alleged perpetrators of such crimes are brought to justice, there is a need to explore ways and means to enhance international cooperation among States and between States and the United Nations in order to ensure accountability for such crimes.

The Independent Expert submitted a written statement for the seminar on the theme " The way forward: general prospects, the ways and means to enhance international cooperation in the field of human rights including through developing guidelines, technical assistance, the universal periodic review and other international mechanisms " .
51 - وقدمت الخبيرة المستقلة بياناً خطّياً إلى الحلقة الدراسية المذكورة، في موضوع " الطريق قُدماً: الآفاق العامة، طرق ووسائل تعزيز التعاون الدولي في ميدان حقوق الإنسان بما في ذلك ما يتم من خلال وضع المبادئ التوجيهية وتقديم المساعدة التقنية والاستعراض الدوري الشامل والآليات الدولية الأخرى " .

In its resolution 13/23 on enhancement of international cooperation in the field of human rights, the Human Rights Council requested the Human Rights Advisory Committee to explore ways and means to enhance international cooperation in the field of human rights, taking into account the views of States and other relevant stakeholders, and to submit proposals in that regard to the Council at its nineteenth session.
1- طلب مجلس حقوق الإنسان إلى اللجنة الاستشارية لحقوق الإنسان في قراره 13/23 المتعلق بتعزيز التعاون الدولي في ميدان حقوق الإنسان استكشاف سبل ووسائل تعزيز التعاون الدولي في هذا الميدان مع مراعاة آراء الدول وغيرها من الجهات صاحبة المصلحة ذات الصلة، وتقديم مقترحات في هذا الصدد إلى المجلس في دورته التاسعة عشرة.
