٣٣ - وأكد الوزراء على أهمية اﻹبقاء على إسهام اﻷمم المتحدة بشكل فعال في هايتي لمتابعة عمل بعثة الشرطة المدنية التابعة لﻷمم المتحدة في هايتي والبعثة المدنية الدولية في هايتي، بوسائل من بينها إعداد برنامج انمائي شامل.

16. The Committee recalls that, as stressed by the General Assembly in paragraph 6 of its resolution 49/239 of 31 March 1995, there is coordination between UNMIH and the International Civilian Mission in Haiti (MICIVIH).

Second, it was important to address the relationship between UNMIH and the International Civilian Mission in Haiti (MICIVIH) and, in particular, the relationship with the major programme of assistance for the economic recovery of Haiti recently announced at the conference of donor countries in Paris, which involved nearly $900 million over a period of 12 to 18 months.
