1. Demands that all parties, groups and individuals immediately cease hostilities and maintain a ceasefire in Kosovo, Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, which would enhance the prospects for a meaningful dialogue between the authorities of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia and the Kosovo Albanian leadership and reduce the risks of a humanitarian catastrophe;

٢٨ - تطالب بأن تتعاون سلطات جمهورية يوغوسلافيا الاتحادية )صربيا والجبل اﻷسود( وقيادة اﻷلبان الكوسوفيين وجميع اﻷطراف اﻷخرى المعنية تعاونا كاملا مع المحكمة الدولية وأن تحترم جميع التزاماتها نحوها، باتخاذ جملة تدابير منها إتاحة إمكانية الوصول الكامل والحر إلى كوسوفو لجميع المحققين التابعين للمحكمة؛

The Council reaffirms the commitment of all Member States to the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, and urges the authorities of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia and the Kosovo Albanian leadership to enter immediately into a meaningful dialogue leading to an end to the violence and a negotiated political solution to the issue of Kosovo.

26. Emphasizes the importance of a substantive, unconditional dialogue between authorities in Belgrade and the Kosovo Albanian leadership aimed at achieving a lasting solution to the problems of Kosovo consistent with the territorial integrity of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, and notes the proposals made by the Government of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia in that direction;
٦٢- تؤكد أهمية إجراء حوار موضوعي وغير مشروط بين السلطات في بلغراد والقيادة اﻷلبانية في كوسوفو بهدف التوصل إلى حل دائم لمشاكل كوسوفو يتمشى ومبدأ السلامة اﻹقليمية لجمهورية يوغوسلافيا الاتحادية، وتحيط علماً بالمقترحات المقدمة من حكومة جمهورية يوغوسلافيا الاتحادية في ذلك الاتجاه؛

Urges the authorities of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (Serbia and Montenegro) and the Kosovo Albanian leadership to enter immediately into a meaningful dialogue, without preconditions and with international involvement, and to commit themselves both to a clear timetable, leading to an end of the crisis, and to a negotiated political settlement of the issue of Kosovo, and welcomes the current efforts aimed at facilitating such a dialogue;
٧ - تحث سلطات جمهورية يوغوسلافيا الاتحادية )صربيا والجبل اﻷسود( والقيادة اﻷلبانية في كوسوفو على البدء فورا في إجراء حوار بناء، دون شروط مسبقة وبمشاركة دولية، وعلى الالتزام بتنفيذ جدول زمني واضح، بما يؤدي إلى إنهاء اﻷزمة، وبتحقيق تسوية سياسية عن طريق التفاوض لمسألة كوسوفو، وترحب بالجهود التي تبذل في الوقت الحالي لتسهيل إجراء ذلك الحوار؛
