2. In its resolution 16/3, the Human Rights Council welcomed the holding of the above-mentioned workshop and the report of the Office of the High Commissioner (OHCHR) containing the summary of its discussions held at the workshop.

It may be recalled that, at its thirty-seventh session, in 2004, the Commission took note, in particular, of the provisions of General Assembly resolution 58/75 of 9 December 2003 related to the Commission's coordination role, and the report of the Office of Internal Oversight Services on the in-depth evaluation of legal affairs, in particular recommendation 13 for increased coordination with trade law organizations.
26- ولعلّه يستذكر بأن اللجنة قد أحاطت علما، على وجه الخصوص، بأحكام قرار الجمعية العامة 58/75 المؤرخ 9 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2003 بشأن دور اللجنة التنسيقي، وبتقرير مكتب خدمات الرقابة الداخلية عن التقييم المتعمّق للشؤون القانونية،(32) وخصوصا التوصية 13 بشأن زيادة التنسيق مع منظمات القانون التجاري.

The Committee notes from the summary of the Secretary-General’s report that in preparing the report on outsourcing practices, full account had been taken of the reports of the Joint Inspection Unit (JIU) (A/52/338, annex) and the report of the Office of Internal Oversight Services (A/52/813, annex).

2. In its resolution 16/3, the Human Rights Council welcomed the holding of the above-mentioned workshop on 4 October 2010 and the report of the Office of the High Commissioner (OHCHR) containing the summary of its discussions held at the workshop.
2- ورحب مجلس حقوق الإنسان، في قراره 16/3، بعقد حلقة العمل المذكورة أعلاه في 4 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2010 وبتقرير مفوضية الأمم المتحدة السامية لحقوق الإنسان الذي يتضمن موجز المناقشات التي دارت في حلقة العمل.

The Commission took note of the provisions of General Assembly resolution 58/75 related to the Commission's coordination role, and the report of the Office of Internal Oversight Services on the in-depth evaluation of legal affairs, in particular recommendation 13, entitled " Increased coordination with trade law organizations " , which read as follows:
113- أحاطت اللجنة علما بأحكام قرار الجمعية العامة 58/75 المتعلّق بدور اللجنة التنسيقي، وبتقرير مكتب خدمات الرقابة الداخلية بشأن التقييم المتعمّق للشؤون القانونية،(40) ولا سيما التوصية 13، المعنونة " زيادة التنسيق مع منظمات القانون التجاري " والتي كان نصها كما يلي:
