4 - يرى المجلس أن البيانات المالية تعرض بنزاهة، من جميع الجوانب الجوهرية، الوضع المالي لعمليات الأمم المتحدة لحفظ السلام حتى 30 حزيران/يونيه 2013، ونتائج العمليات والتدفقات النقدية للفترة المنتهية في ذلك التاريخ، وأنها أُعدت حسب الأصول ووفقا للمعايير المحاسبية لمنظومة الأمم المتحدة.
