1. The accused is entitled to have adequate time and facilities for the preparation of the defence, and to communicate with counsel of the accused's choosing.
١ - يحق للمتهم أن يمنح مهلة زمنية وتسهيلات كافية للتحضير لدفاعه وللاتصال بمحام من اختياره.

3. The right to adequate time and facilities to prepare a defence and to communicate with counsel of one's own choosing

These guarantees include the right to have adequate time and facilities for the preparation of one's defence and to communicate with counsel of one's own choosing; the right to be heard by a competent, independent and impartial judge and the right to interrogate witnesses during the trial.
