1. When the Committee decides that a communication is inadmissible, or its consideration is suspended or discontinued, the Committee shall transmit its decisions as soon as possible, through the SecretaryGeneral, to the petitioner and to the State party concerned.
1- إذا قررت اللجنة أن رسالة ما غير مقبولة أو قررت أن تعلق أو توقف النظر فيها، تحيل اللجنة، في أقرب وقت ممكن، قراراتها عن طريق الأمين العام إلى مقدم الالتماس وإلى الدولة الطرف المعنية.

3. The views of the Committee shall be communicated to the individual and to the State party concerned.
٣- يبلغ الرأي الذي انتهت إليه اللجنة الى الفرد المعني وإلى الدولة الطرف المعنية.

1 - عندما تقرر اللجنة عدم مقبولية رسالة ما، تقوم في أقرب وقت ممكن بإبلاغ قرارها وأسبابه، عن طريق الأمين العام، إلى مقدم الرسالة وإلى الدولة الطرف المعنية.

5. The Secretary-General shall transmit the views of the Committee, determined by simple majority, together with any recommendations, to the author or authors of the communication and to the State party concerned.
5 - يحيل الأمين العام آراء اللجنة المقررة بالأغلبية البسيطة، مشفوعة بأية توصيات، إلى مقدم الرسالة أو مقدميها وإلى الدولة الطرف المعنية.

4. Any member of the Committee may request that a summary of his individual opinion be appended to the opinion of the Committee when it is forwarded to the petitioner and to the State party concerned.
4- يجوز لأي عضو من أعضاء اللجنة أن يطلب إدراج خلاصة لرأيه الفردي في تذييل لرأي اللجنة وقت إرساله إلى الملتمس وإلى الدولة الطرف المعنية.
