39. On 10 April 2013, I wrote to the Foreign Ministers of Morocco and the Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic.

It was to be hoped that before the end of the Second International Decade for the Eradication of Colonialism, the " Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic " would be a full Member State of the United Nations.
