C. Other matters 24. 24 - تدرك اللجنة الخاصة أن وصد أبواب الأراضي المحتلة في وجهها قد غل من قدرتها على استيفاء تقريرها المقدم إلى الجمعية العامة بفعل عجزها عن مراقبة أحوال معيشة الفلسطينيين وغيرهم من العرب في الأراضي المحتلة بصورة مباشرة والتعرف على آراء ممثلي السلطة القائمة بالاحتلال.
