٣ - اذا أبلغت الدولة التي تمارس ولايتها القضائية بموجب الفقرتين ١ أو ٢ من هذه المادة ، أو علمت بطريقة أخرى ، أن دولة واحدة أو أكثر من الدول اﻷخرى تجري تحقيقا أو تتخذ اجراءات جنائية بشأن السلوك نفسه ، يتعين على سلطاتها المختصة أن تتشاور مع جميع اﻷطراف المعنية بهدف حل المسألة وتنسيق اجراءاتها .
