2 - وفقا للاتفاق المتعلق بتنفيذ الجزء الحادي عشر من اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لقانون البحار المؤرخة 10 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 1982 ( " الاتفاق " )، تفسر أحكام الاتفاق والجزء الحادي عشر من الاتفاقية وتطبق معا بوصفها صكا واحدا.

2. In accordance with the Agreement relating to the Implementation of Part XI of the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea of 10 December 1982 ( " the Agreement " ), the provisions of the Agreement and Part XI of the Convention shall be interpreted and applied together as a single instrument.
2 - وفقا للاتفاق المتعلق بتنفيذ الجزء الحادي عشر من اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لقانون البحار المؤرخة 10 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 1982 ( " الاتفاق " )، تفسر أحكام الاتفاق والجزء الحادي عشر من الاتفاقية وتطبق معا بوصفها صكا واحدا.

٩ - ووفقاً لما هو منصوص عليه في قرار الجمعية العامة 48/263 وفي اتفاق عام 1994 نفسه، ينبغي تفسير وتطبيق أحكام اتفاق عام 1994 والجزء الحادي عشر من الاتفاقية معا بوصفهما صكا واحدا.

11. As provided by resolution 48/263 and the 1994 Agreement itself, the provisions of the 1994 Agreement and Part XI of the Convention are to be interpreted and applied together as a single instrument.
