وإذ تشير أيضا إلى قراري مجلس اﻷمن ٤٢٨ )٣٩٩١( المؤرخ في ٦ أيار/مايو ٣٩٩١ و٦٣٨ )٣٩٩١( المؤرخ في ٤ حزيران/يونيه ٣٩٩١ اللذين أعلن فيهما المجلس وجوب معاملة سراييفو وتوزلا وزيبا وغوراجده وبيهاتش وسريبرينيكا وضواحيها بوصفها مناطق آمنة ووجوب أن توفر للوكالات اﻹنسانية الدولية إمكانية الوصول إلى تلك المناطق بحرية ودون أي عائق،

In resolution 824 (1993) it decided that Sarajevo, Tuzla, Zepa, Gorazde, Bihac and their surroundings should also be treated as safe areas.
وفي القرار ٨٢٤ )١٩٩٣(، قرر المجلس أن تعامل سراييفو، وتوزلا، وزيبا، وغورازده، وبيهاتش، وضواحيها، كمناطق آمنة هي أيضا.

2. Resolution 824 (1993) of 6 May 1993 declares that " Sarajevo, and other such threatened areas, in particular the towns of Tuzla, Zepa, Gorazde, Bihac, Srebrenica and their surroundings, should be treated as safe areas by all the parties concerned and should be free from armed attacks and from any other hostile act " .
٢ - وقد أعلن القرار ٤٢٨ المؤرخ ٦ أيار/مايو ٣٩٩١ " أنه ينبغي أن تعامل سراييفو والمناطق اﻷخرى المعرضة للتهديد، وخاصة مدن توزلا وجيبا وغورازدي وديهاك وسريبرنيتسا وضواحيها كمناطق آمنة وألاّ تتعرض للهجمات المسلحة وﻷي عمل آخر من اﻷعمال العدائية " .

The Council then adopted the draft resolution under discussion as resolution 824 (1993), by which it declared that Sarajevo, and other towns, such as Tuzla, Žepa, Goražde and Bihać, should be treated as safe areas by all the parties concerned and should be free from armed attacks and from any other hostile act.
ثم اعتمد المجلس مشروع القرار قيد المناقشة، بوصفه القرار ٨٢٤ )١٩٩٣(، الذي أعلن بموجبه أن مدينة سراييفو، وبلدات اﻷخرى مثل توزلا، وجيبا، وغوراجدة، وبيهاتش، يجب أن تعامل كمناطق آمنة من قبل جميع اﻷطراف المعنية، وألا تتعرض للهجمات المسلحة أو ﻷي من أشكال اﻷعمال العدائية اﻷخرى.
