The Secretariat is circulating herewith, as an annex to the present note, the calendar of conferences and meetings of the United Nations for the biennium 2008-2009 as adopted by the General Assembly in paragraph 2 of its resolution 62/225, taking into account other resolutions and decisions adopted by the Assembly at its sixty-second session.
