The Security Council, in its resolution 827 (1993) of 25 May 1993, stipulated that " all States shall cooperate fully " with the Tribunal and its organs and " shall take any measures necessary under their domestic law to implement the provisions " of the statute and comply with " requests for assistance or orders issued by a Trial Chamber " (para. 4).
١٣٠ - قضى مجلس اﻷمن في قراره ٨٢٧ )١٩٩٣( المؤرخ ٢٥ أيار/مايو ١٩٩٣، بأن " تتعاون جميع الدول تعاونا تاما " مع المحكمة الدولية وأجهزتها، وأن تتخذ أية تدابير لازمة في إطار قانونها الداخلي لتنفيذ أحكــــام " النظام اﻷساسي، وتمتثل " لطلبات المساعدة أو اﻷوامر الصادرة عن إحدى دوائر المحاكمة " )الفقرة ٤(.

The Council reiterates that all States and concerned parties have an obligation, in accordance with resolution 827 (1993) of 25 May 1993, other relevant resolutions and the Peace Agreement, to cooperate fully with the International Tribunal and to comply without exception with requests for assistance or orders issued by a trial chamber.
ويؤكد المجلس مجددا أن جميع الدول واﻷطراف المعنية ملزمة، وفقا للقرار ٨٢٧ )١٩٩٣( المؤرخ ٢٥ أيار/مايو ١٩٩٣ والقرارات اﻷخرى ذات الصلة واتفاق السلام، بأن تتعاون تعاونا تاما مع المحكمة الدولية وأن تمتثل دون استثناء لطلبات المساعدة أو اﻷوامر الصادرة عن أي دائرة محاكمة.

Hence, my delegation fully supports Security Council resolution 1207 (1998), in which the Council reiterates the obligation of States to comply with requests for assistance or orders issued by a Trial Chamber, to execute arrest warrants transmitted to them by the Tribunal, and to comply with its requests for information and investigation.

Security Council resolution 827 (1993) lays down in paragraph 4 that " all States shall cooperate fully " with the Tribunal and its organs and " shall take any measures necessary under their domestic law to implement the provisions " of the statute and comply with " requests for assistance or orders issued by a trial chamber " .
١٧٢ - ينص قرار مجلس اﻷمن ٨٢٧ )١٩٩٣( في الفقرة ٤ على أن " تتعاون جميع الدول تعاونا تاما " مع المحكمة الدولية وأجهزتها، وتتخذ " أية تدابير لازمة في إطار قانونها الداخلي لتنفيذ أحكام " النظام اﻷساسي، وتمتثل " لطلبات المساعدة أو اﻷوامر الصادرة عن إحدى دوائر المحاكمة " .

Reiterates its decision that all States shall cooperate fully with the Tribunal and its organs in accordance with resolution 827 (1993) and the Statute of the Tribunal, including the obligation of States to comply with requests for assistance or orders issued by a Trial Chamber under Article 29 of the Statute, to execute arrest warrants transmitted to them by the Tribunal, and to comply with its requests for information and investigations;
