٧٢ - وأي معاملة تتم بعملة غير عملة حساب المنظمة ينبغي أن تسجل بعملة الحساب عن طريق تطبيق: `١` سعر الصرف المعمول به في اﻷمم المتحدة؛ `٢` أو سعر الصرف المستعمل في الميزانية أو أي سعر صرف آخر توافق عليه السلطة التشريعية للمنظمة؛ `٣` أو سعر الصرف الفعلي الذي يحصل عليه وقت المعاملة.
