Each Annex I Party shall report under `Credits' the total quantity of ERUs issued pursuant to paragraph 29 of the annex to decision -/CMP 1 (Modalities for the accounting of assigned amounts), attached to decision 19/CP.7

The proposed draft decision also recommends a draft decision for adoption by the COP/MOP which would replace the draft COP/MOP decision attached to decision 20/CP.9.

3- تُتبع في حساب وتطبيق التعديلات الفقرات من 3 إلى 11 من المقرر -/م أإ-1 (إرشادات الممارسة الجيدة والتعديلات التي تُجرى بموجب الفقرة 2 من المادة 5 من بروتوكول كيوتو) المرفق بالمقرر 21/م أ-7.

By its decisions 18/COP.1, 13/COP.2, 15/COP.3, 15/COP.4, 15/COP.5, 13/COP.6, 13/COP.7 and 11/COP.8, the Conference of the Parties (COP) decided to establish and maintain a roster of independent experts, in accordance with the procedures attached to decision 18/COP.1.
وقرر مؤتمر الأطراف وضع وتحديث قائمة خبراء مستقلين وفقاً للإجراءات المرفقة بالمقرر 18/م أ-1، وذلك في مقرراته 18/م أ-1 و13/م أ-2 و15/م أ-3 و15/م أ-4 و15/م أ-5 و13/م أ-6 و13/م أ-7 و11/م أ-8.

1. Adopts the standard electronic format for reporting Kyoto Protocol units in accordance with paragraph 2 of section E of the guidelines for the preparation of the information required under Article 7 of the Kyoto Protocol (annex to draft decision -/CMP.1 (Article 7), attached to decision 22/CP.7);
1- يعتمد النموذج الإلكتروني الموحد للإبلاغ عن الوحدات التي يشملها نطاق بروتوكول كيوتو وفقاً للفقرة 2 من الجزء هاء من المبادئ التوجيهية لإعداد المعلومات المطلوبة بموجب المادة 7 من بروتوكول كيوتو (مرفق مشروع المقرر -/م أإ-1 (المادة 7) الملحق بالمقرر 22/م أ-7)؛

Decides to incorporate the technical guidance on methodologies for adjustments under Article 5, paragraph 2, of the Kyoto Protocol, contained below in the annex to this decision, into the annex of draft decision -/CMP.1 (Article 5.2) attached to decision 21/CP.7;1
1- يقرر إدراج الإرشادات التقنية بشأن منهجيات التعديل بموجب الفقرة 2 من المادة 5 من بروتوكول كيوتو الواردة في مرفق هذا المقرر في مرفق مشروع المقرر -/م أإ-1 (المادة 5-2) الملحق بالمقرر 21/م أ-7()؛

For the purpose of accounting as required in paragraph 18 of the annex to draft decision -/CMP.1 (Land use, land-use change and forestry) attached to decision 11/CP.7, an indication of the year of the onset of an activity, if after 2008.

As Afforestation and Reforestation are subject to the same provisions specified in the annex to draft decision -/CMP.1 (Land use, land-use change and forestry), attached to decision 11/CP.7, they can be reported together.
ولما كانت أنشطة التحريج وإعادة التحريج خاضعة لنفس الأحكام المبيَّنة في مرفق مشروع المقرر - /م أإ-1 (استخدام الأراضي وتغيير استخدام الأراضي والحراجة)، الملحق بالمقرر 11/م أ-7، فإنه يمكن إبلاغ هذه الأنشطة معاً.

Spatial assessment unit used for determining the area of the units of land under Article 3.3 (in accordance with paragraph 3 of the annex to draft decision -/CMP.1 (Land use, land-use change and forestry), attached to decision 11/CP.7)

Decides that for each Party included in Annex I the review prior to the first commitment period shall be initiated upon receipt of the report as mentioned in paragraph 6 of the annex to decision -/CMP.1 (Modalities for the accounting of assigned amounts) attached to decision 19/CP.7.
2- يقرر أن يبدأ الاستعراض لكل طرف مدرج في المرفق الأول قبل فترة الالتزام الأولى لدى تلقي التقرير المذكور في الفقرة 6 من مرفق المقرر -/م أ إ-1 (طرائق المحاسبة المتعلقة بالكميات المسندة) الملحق بالمقرر 19/م أ-7.

Additionally, Annex I Parties that have ratified the Kyoto Protocol are to include in their fourth national communication information on implementation of the Kyoto Protocol, as specified in the guidelines for reporting contained in the annex to draft decision -/CMP.1 (Article 7), attached to decision 22/CP.7.

Finally, the secretariat has prepared a draft decision for adoption by the COP, at its eleventh session, that recommends the incorporation of the technical guidance (which includes the elements relating to LULUCF) into the annex to draft decision -/CMP.1 (Article 5.2) attached to decision 21/CP.7.
11- وأخيراً أعدت الأمانة مشروع مقرر لكي يعتمده مؤتمر الأطراف في دورته الحادية عشرة يوصي بإدراج الإرشادات التقنية (التي تشمل العناصر ذات الصلة باستخدام الأراضي وتغير استخدام الأراضي والحراجة) في مرفق مشروع المقرر -/م أإ-1 (المادة 5-2) المرفق بالمقرر 21/م أ-7.

(ب) الخيارات فيما يتصل بالتعاريف، واختيار مجمَّعات الكربون والأنشطة وفقاً لمشروع المقرر -/م أإ-1 (استخدام الأرض وتغيير استخدام الأرض والحراجة) المرفق بالمقرر 11/م أ-7.

2. By its decisions 18/COP.1, 13/COP.2 and 15/COP.3, the Conference of the Parties decided to establish and maintain a roster of independent experts, in accordance with the procedures attached to decision 18/COP.1.
2- وقرر مؤتمر الأطراف، في مقرراته 18/م أ-1 و13/م أ-2 و15/م أ-3، وضع واستكمال قائمة بخبراء مستقلين، وفقاً للإجراءات المرفقة بالمقرر الأول أعلاه.

2. By decisions 18/COP.1 and 13/COP.2, the Conference of the Parties (COP) decided to establish and maintain a roster of independent experts on the basis of the procedures attached to decision 18/COP.1.
2- وقد قرر مؤتمر الأطراف بمقرريه 18/م أ-1 و13/م أ-2 وضع واستكمال قائمة بخبراء مستقلين على أساس الإجراءات المرفقة بالمقرر 18/م أ-1.

The draft decision on guidance for review under Article 8 of the Kyoto Protocol is attached to decision 23/CP.7.
