73. The Committee considers that access to urgent medical care must be ensured to all migrant workers on the basis of equality of treatment with nationals and thus on a non-discriminatory basis.
73- وترى اللجنة أنه يجب تأمين الحصول على الرعاية الطبية العاجلة لجميع العمال المهاجرين على أساس المساواة في المعاملة مع المواطنين، ومن ثم على أساس غير تمييزي.

40. The Committee recommends that the State party take all necessary measures to ensure that children of migrant workers, including those in an irregular situation, have access to education on the basis of equality of treatment.

34. The Committee recommends that the State party take all necessary measures to ensure that children of migrant workers in an irregular situation have access to education on the basis of equality of treatment with nationals of the State party.
