At its fifty-first session, the Commission adopted resolution 1995/13, in which it requested the Secretary-General to submit a report to the Commission at its fifty-second session, recommending ways and means to carry out a political dialogue between creditor and debtor countries in the United Nations system, based on the principle of shared responsibility.
٧٤- اعتمدت اللجنة في دورتها الحادية والخمسين القرار ٥٩٩١/٣١ الذي رجت فيه من اﻷمين العام أن يقدم اليها تقريراً في دورتها الثانية والخمسين يوصي فيه بسبل ووسائل إجراء حوار سياسي بين البلدان الدائنة والبلدان المدينة في نطاق منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة انطلاقاً من مبدأ تقاسم المسؤولية.

36. In its resolution 1995/13, the Commission considered that the political dialogue between creditor and debtor countries in the United Nations system should contribute to the initiation of an integral process aimed at restructuring the international economic order with the objective of achieving more equitable and fair relations among all nations of the world.
٦٣- ورأت اللجنة، في قرارها ٥٩٩١/٣١، أن الحوار السياسي بين البلدان الدائنة والبلدان المدينة في منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة ينبغي أن يُسهم في بدء عملية متكاملة ترمي الى إعادة هيكلة النظام الاقتصادي الدولي بهدف التوصل الى تحقيق علاقات أكثر تكافوءا وانصافاً فيما بين بلدان العالم جميعاً.
