In conformity with the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the COP and the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) regarding the modalities and administrative operations of the Global Mechanism, the present core budge proposal has been prepared by the Managing Director of the Global Mechanism in full consultation with the Controller's Office of IFAD.

75- وسلّم مؤتمر الأطراف، في مقرره 7/م أ-18، بأن الأحكام المبيّنة في الفقرة 3 من المادة 11 من الاتفاقية، والمقرر 3/م أ-17، وصك إدارة الصندوق الأخضر الوارد في مرفق ذلك المقرر، تشكل أساس الترتيبات القائمة بين مؤتمر الأطراف والصندوق.

76. By the same decision, the COP requested the Standing Committee on Finance and the Board of the GCF to develop arrangements between the COP and the GCF in accordance with the governing instrument of the GCF and Article 11, paragraph 3, of the Convention for agreement by the Board and subsequent agreement at COP 19.
