3. Affirms that the global and multidimensional approach defined in the Declaration on the Right to Development should constitute a basis for the work undertaken on the relationship between the enjoyment of human rights and the working methods and activities of transnational corporations;
٣- تؤكد أن النهج الشامل المتعدد اﻷبعاد المعرف في `إعلان الحق في التنمية` ينبغي أن يشكل أساساً للعمل المضطلع به بشأن العلاقة بين التمتع بحقوق اﻹنسان وأساليب عمل الشركات عبر الوطنية وأنشطتها؛

In its resolution 1994/40, the Sub—Commission decided to appoint Mr. José Bengoa as Special Rapporteur on the relationship between the enjoyment of human rights and income distribution.
وقررت اللجنة الفرعية، في قرارها ٤٩٩١/٠٤ تعيين السيد خوسيه بينغوا مقررا خاصا بشأن العلاقة بين التمتع بحقوق اﻹنسان وتوزيع الدخل.

98. At its forty-sixth session the Subcommission, in its resolution 1994/40, decided to appoint Mr. José Bengoa as Special Rapporteur on the relationship between the enjoyment of human rights and income distribution.

1. Takes note with satisfaction of the working document on the question of the relationship between the enjoyment of human rights and the working methods and activities of transnational corporations submitted by Mr. El Hadji Guissé (E/CN.4/Sub.2/1998/6);
١- تحيط علماً مع الارتياح بورقة العمل المتعلقة بمسألة العلاقة بين التمتع بحقوق اﻹنسان وأساليب عمل الشركات عبر الوطنية وأنشطتها، المقدمة من السيد الحجي غيسه (E/CN.4/Sub.2/1998/6)؛

77. In its resolution 1997/11, the Sub—Commission decided to entrust Mr. El—Hadji Guissé with the task of preparing, a background document on the question of the relationship between the enjoyment of human rights and the working methods and activities of transnational corporations, for submission to the Sub—Commission at its fiftieth session.
٧٧- وقررت اللجنة الفرعية في قرارها ٧٩٩١/١١ أن تعهد إلى السيد الحجي غيسه بمهمة إعداد وثيقة أساسية بشأن مسألة العلاقة بين التمتع بحقوق اﻹنسان وأساليب عمل الشركات عبر الوطنية وأنشطتها، لتقدم إليها في دورتها الخمسين.

131. In a report on the relationship between the enjoyment of human rights and the working methods and activities of transnational corporations (E/CN.4/Sub.2/1995/11) the Secretary-General states:
١٣١- وفي تقرير عن العلاقة بين التمتع بحقوق اﻹنسان وأساليب عمل وأنشطة الشركات عبر الوطنية (E/CN.4/Sub.2/1995/11) يقول اﻷمين العام:

180. At the 23rd meeting, on 21 August 1996, Mr. José Bengoa, Special Rapporteur on the relationship between the enjoyment of human rights and income distribution, introduced his progress report (E/CN.4/Sub.2/1996/14).
٠٨١- وفي الجلسة ٣٢ المعقودة في ١٢ آب/أغسطس ٦٩٩١، قدم السيد خوسيه بنغوا، المقرر الخاص المعني بالعلاقة بين التمتع بحقوق اﻹنسان وتوزيع الدخل تقريره المرحلي (E/CN.4/Sub.2/1996/14).

3. Decides to entrust Mr. El—Hadji Guissé with the task of preparing, without incurring financial implications, a background document on the question of the relationship between the enjoyment of human rights and the working methods and activities of transnational corporations, for submission to the Sub—Commission at its fiftieth session.
٣- تقرر أن تعهد إلى السيد الحجي غيسه بمهمة إعداد وثيقة عمل، لا تترتب عليها آثار مالية، بشأن مسألة العلاقة بين التمتع بحقوق اﻹنسان وأساليب عمل الشركات عبر الوطنية وأنشطتها، لتقدم إليها في دورتها الخمسين.

Recalling the reports on the realization of economic, social and cultural rights submitted by the Special Rapporteur, Mr. Danilo Türk, in particular his final report, which addressed a range of issues concerning the relationship between the enjoyment of human rights and income distribution (E/CN.4/Sub.2/1992/16, paras. 76-84),
وإذ تشير الى التقارير المعنية بإعمال الحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية التي قدّمها المقرر الخاص السيد دانيلو تورك، وبصفة خاصة تقريره الختامي الذي تصدى لطائفة من القضايا المتصلة بالعلاقة بين التمتع بحقوق اﻹنسان وتوزيع الدخل )الفقرات ٦٧ الى ٤٨ من E/CN.4/Sub.2/1992/16(،

In the context of Mr. José Bengoa's study on the relationship between the enjoyment of human rights, in particular economic, social and cultural rights, and income distribution, the Sub-Commission could also help to improve quantitative indicators and develop qualitative ones for measuring poverty adequately and assessing its impact, particularly in areas or sectors of human priority.
ويمكن، أيضاً، في إطار الدراسة التي أنجزها السيد جوزي بنغوا عن العلاقة بين التمتع بحقوق اﻹنسان ولا سيما الحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية وتوزيع الدخل، أن تساعد اللجنة الفرعية على تحسين المؤشرات الكمية وتضع مؤشرات نوعية لقياس الفقر على النحو الواجب وتقييم ما يترتب عليه من آثار لا سيما في المجالات أو القطاعات ذات اﻷولوية اﻹنسانية.
