At the regional level, the Aarhus Convention - which addresses the right of access to information, participation and justice with the aim of protecting the right to live in an environment adequate for health and well-being - continues to represent the most advanced example of the link between the environment and human rights.
51- وعلى المستوى الإقليمي ما زالت اتفاقية آرهوس - التي تتناول الحق في الوصول إلى المعلومات، والمشاركة والعدالة بهدف حماية الحق في العيش في بيئة لائقة للصحة وللرفاه - تعتبر أكثر الأمثلة تطوراً لتجسيد الصلة القائمة بين البيئة وحقوق الإنسان.

251. In its decision 2004/119, the Commission, recalling its resolution 2003/71 of 25 April 2003, decided to request the SecretaryGeneral to update the report on the consideration being given to the relationship between the environment and human rights as part of sustainable development, and to continue to consider this question at its sixtyfirst session under the same agenda item.
251- قررت اللجنة، في مقررها 2004/119، بعد أن ذكرَت بقرارها 2003/71 المؤرخ 25 نيسان/أبريل 2003، أن ترجو من الأمين العام تحديث التقرير المتعلق بالاهتمام الذي يولى للعلاقة بين البيئة وحقوق الإنسان بوصفها جزءاً من التنمية المستدامة، وأن تواصل النظر في هذه المسألة في دورتها الحادية والستين في إطار نفس البند من جدول الأعمال.
