82- تم التصديق على اتفاقية حقوق الطفل بالقانون رقم 80 لسنة 1990 ونشرت بملحق خاص بالرقم 1542 المؤرخ 15 آب/أغسطس 1990 وباعتبار أن الاتفاقية بالتصديق عليها من قِبَل السلطة التشريعية وبحسب النظام القانوني والدستوري في السودان تصبح قانوناً سارياً، شأنها شأن القوانين الأخرى، فهي بالتالي واجبة التنفيذ وملزمة لكافة الأجهزة والسلطات التنفيذية والقضائية على المستوى الاتحادي والولائي.
