8. The Advisory Committee notes that, as at 30 June 2007, cash available in the Special Account for ONUB amounted to $109,218,000 and cash required to cover total liabilities amounted to $84,881,000, resulting in net available cash of $24,337,000.

47. As shown in the table below, cash available in the Special Account for UNMEE as at 30 June 2008 amounted to $27,062,500 and cash required to cover total liabilities recorded as at the same date in the Mission's accounts amounted to $28,526,900, resulting in a cash shortfall of $1,464,400.

The Advisory Committee understood that, in recommending that course of action, the Secretary-General had borne in mind General Assembly resolution 63/257 B, in which the Assembly had decided that Member States that had fulfilled their financial obligations to the Mission would be credited with their respective share of the net cash available in the Special Account for the Mission as at 30 April 2009.

65. As shown in table 1 below, cash available in the Special Account for UNMIT as at 30 June 2013 amounted to $4,975,700, and cash required to cover total liabilities recorded in the Mission's accounts as at the same date amounted to $6,393,400.

V. Financial position of the United Nations Mission in the Sudan as at 30 June 2012 61. As shown in the table below, as at 30 June 2012, cash available in the Special Account for UNMIS amounted to $15,549,700, and cash required to cover total liabilities recorded in the Mission's accounts amounted to $10,827,200.
61 - على النحو المبين في الجدول أدناه، بلغت النقدية المتاحة في الحساب الخاص لبعثة الأمم المتحدة في السودان في 30 حزيران/يونيه 2012 ما مقداره 700 549 15 دولار، وبلغت النقدية اللازمة لتغطية مجموع الخصوم المسجلة في حسابات البعثة 200 827 10 دولار.

(a) To return credits to Member States in the amount of $4,722,500 representing the net cash available in the Special Account of the Mission from the balance of credits in the amount of $38,463,600 due to Member States in respect of the 2010/11 financial period;

58. As shown in table 1 below, cash available in the Special Account for UNMIT as at 31 October 2012 amounted to $29,251,800 and cash required to cover total liabilities recorded in the Mission's accounts as at the same date amounted to $38,811,900.
