The Central Accounts Section is, inter alia, responsible for providing support for overseeing cash flow projections and related variance analysis, for reconciling a total of 130 bank accounts, of which 30 are maintained at Headquarters for peacekeeping operations, processing billings and distributing expenditures incurred to various peacekeeping accounts.
